Educational strategies created and implemented by members of a particular group of people for their peers, for example, drug users. The desired outcome is to effect and sustain a change in behaviour by provision of relevant information from an acceptable source. A group of related projects or services directed towards the accomplishment of specific (usually similar or related) objectives. Projects that are long term can be viewed as a program.
