Harm Reduction International’s new report, “The Cost of Complacency: A Harm Reduction Funding Crisis,” reveals a shocking 94% funding gap in harm reduction for low- and middle-income countries.
Only 6% of the US$2.7 billion needed annually is being met. We must increase investment in community-led harm reduction and move away from punitive drug policies.
Together, we can close the gap!
