Asian Harm Reduction Network-AHRN is an International non-government organization, established in 1998 having its headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium. AHRN is implementing harm reduction programming to reduce HIV transmission among people who use or inject drugs, their (sexual) partners and the communities they live in by providing support to the implementation of harm reduction interventions and creating an enabling and supporting environment through advocacy, capacity building, training and service provision.
