    • Ensuring the availability of commodities such as 3-month injectables, combined oral contraceptive (COC) pills, condoms, and other necessary medicines.
    • Developing a guide for health education in local language that includes information about the benefits of family planning.
    • Integrating short-term family planning services into Primary Health Care Services.
    • Facilitating coordination meetings to establish a referral network for clients with specific family planning needs.
  2. STI Prevention and Treatment Services:
    • Offering training on the management of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) as part of the Primary Health Care training package.
    • Ensuring the supply of drugs required for the syndromic approach to treat common STI syndromes.
    • Implementing the syndromic approach, which involves diagnosing and treating STIs based on observed symptoms.
    • Establishing an effective referral network to higher-level facilities for laboratory investigations and advanced treatments.
  3. Basic Clinical Care for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Survivors:
    • Providing training to raise awareness about GBV and prevention measures in Burmese.
    • Training staff on the essential components of National Guidelines for Clinical Care of Sexually Assault Survivors.
    • Offering basic clinical care for survivors of sexual assault, including wound care, emergency contraception (EC), and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) when indicated and not readily available through existing referral pathways.
    • Providing psychosocial support, such as psychological first aid, to survivors after appropriate training.
    • Establishing a referral network to ensure comprehensive services for survivors, including protection, legal assistance, and other necessary support.
    • Advocating for the scope of services related to sexual assault survivors to raise awareness and promote effective care and support.

These activities and components aim to address the specific healthcare needs of women, promote reproductive health, prevent and treat STIs, and provide comprehensive care and support to survivors of gender-based violence. By implementing these services and building effective referral networks, the goal is to improve the overall health and well-being of women in the community.
