IDUCARE is a community-based organization providing health service delivery for people who use drugs and paralegal aide services to drug users deprived of Liberty. IDUCARE promotes the health of people who use drugs; defends and supports human rights and harm reduction, and advocates to end of stigma and discrimination and the decriminalization of drug use. IDUCARE also advocates for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) awareness; sexually transmitted infections (STI) and hepatitis awareness; prevention of mother to child transmission (PMTC), drug awareness, and harm reduction.
