Jangkar is an NGO of local harm reduction professionals and peers who have over a decade of experience, conducting Harm Reduction interventions such as Jamboree for Drug User Community, and developing a strengthening drug user community in the greater Jakarta area. Jangkar takes lead in National harm reduction advocacy.
