Southeast Asia Harm Reduction Association(AHRA)’s implementation approach is multi-country, multi-disciplinary and community-based, actively collaborating with actors who will be important in the implementation of this effort, notably:
- National Networks of People Living with HIV, People Using Drugs, Sex-Workers and Women Who Using Drugs
- National AIDS, TB and HCV Programs of the Ministry of Health and Sports
- National Drug Dependency Treatment and Research Unit and Central Committee on Drug Abuse Control (CCDAC)

The AHRA Regional Harm Reduction Technical Support effort will draw upon, partnerships, collaboration and coordination with established entities, to enhance each actor’s missions and to ensure the complementary added value and critical partnerships, with:
